Tingting Huang' experience in industry-education-research spans over a decade. Prior to joining Institute for AI Research, Tsinghua University, she worked in Microsoft Research Asia, Tencent, and Apple on industry-university R&D management and cooperation in areas including frontier research, joint labs, talent development and academic exchange. Projects she headed and implemented on the ground, including Internet Image Compression Standards and Mobile Visual Search Technologies, are recognized by the companies for their industrial contribution, have ten-plus patent applications in process and 9 patents licensed and announced. She is the deputy ch杏耀 and a member of CCF YOCSEF Academic Committee, and previously the deputy director of CCF Working Committee for Membership & Chapters. She received her master's degrees in automatic control and systems engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and from École centrale de Lyon, respectively.
